Hey Ya'll
Lots of stress happening this time of year but just doing some work to prep the Kollektive and get it built.  Artistically, Financially, Technically into a real business that services us all with great expression of being.  Poemsfromatexan is the poetry site of me, the founder. Actors are poets only when they step away from "portrayals" and begin to live in the undercurrent that immerses the human state of being. Hence why I feel uncomfortable with the title filmmaker,writer,director,actor etc. those are superficial superlatives that do not denote the extent of what my work hopes to accomplish as well as the work of those who join. I am a poet, most importantly a gadfly in the truest Socratic sense. Shit stirrer literally if you will in modern terms. That is the spirit of my work it should make you pause and reflect.

Howdy Folks,
I am working on Evicted as we speak. It is awesome so far. I don't want to get too technical so I'll spare you the details. I am going for an instinctive piece of film that shows the lyricism and musicality of industrialized life through this short piece. That's what all my films hope to achieve. I think that's the "magic" that is in movies. It reminds us of the" magic"
within all of us.  I believe that is true authenticity.  I am absorbing everything like a sponge and it may be a while before I will post again as I will be deep in exploration of my subconscious but when we meet again, it will be with a complete script.
